Things to know
*Practice Habits: The repetition method is more effective than a timed method. Practice directions are written weekly in the student assignment/practice record booklet.
*To be successful, students must have access to an instrument on which to practice. Electronic instruments must have weighted keys and sustain pedal capability.
*Bring all materials to lessons. Failing to do so may result in a shorter lesson period.
*Arrive with clean hands and trimmed fingernails.
*Please leave gum, food, and drinks outside the studio.
*The studio observes a “no shoes” policy. Please bring clean socks or slippers that have only been worn indoors to slip on once inside. Shoe covers are also an option and are available.
*Please enter the studio as close to your scheduled time as possible, no more than one or two minutes prior, to avoid interrupting other lessons. Please remove shoes, and wait quietly until your scheduled time.
*If the student is a minor, please ensure he/she is safely inside before your departure.
*Minor students will need to be picked up promptly at the conclusion of the lesson.
*The student waiting area is designed for student use while awaiting transportation.
*The studio area beyond the entryway is reserved for students and teachers only.
*Receive a $25 discount on your next billing cycle when you refer a student and they enroll—no limit.
